- A Concept is a unit of thought.
- Context:
- (Property) Can have a Name.
- (Property) Can have one Property or more.
- (Property) Can have an [[Identity?]] (a unique characteritic of the object which distinguish it from any other concept)
- (Property) Can have a [[State?]] (the set of all of the concept's properties at any point of time.)
- Can be represented by one or more Words. E.g. attorney/lawyer.
- (Kinds) Can refer to a Thing (a Concept Instance) or a Set of things (a Concept Class).
- (Kinds) Can be a [[Basic_Concept?]] or a Semantic Relation.
- Can have an [[Intensional_Definition?]] (a function that states membership criteria)
- Can have an [[Extension?]](the set of its Instances).
- Can be associated to another [[Basic_Concept?]] via a Semantic Relation.
