A Business Strategy is an organizational strategy for a business organization.
- Context:
- It can (typically) define a competitive Value Proposition (a valuable market position).
- It can (typically) state who the key Customer Segments are.
- It can (typically) outline the required Business Capabilities, Business Resources, and Business Partnerships.
- It can (typically) articulate how Value will be captured via the Revenue Model and Cost Structure.
- It can (often) identify Competitors.
- It can (often) be an input to Business Strategy Execution.
- It can include supporting strategies like Pricing Strategy, Distribution Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Cost Structure needed.
