		An entity record is a concept record that is an entity referencer (to a referenced entity).

- It can have an Identifier (an entity record identifier).
 - It can have a Name (a Named Entity Record).
 - It can have an Entity Type.
 - It can (typically) be a member of an Entity Database.
 - it can be management by an Entity Record Management System.
 - It can be mapped to another Entity Reference Record with the same implicit Entity Referent, via an Entity Reference Record Deduplication Task.
 - It can range from being an Explicit Entity Reference to being an Implicit Entity Reference.
