Diphtheria Toxin is an Exotoxin secreted by Corynebacterium Diphtheriae, the Pathogen Bacterium that causes Diphtheria.

• Context:
  • DT is comprised of two Polypeptide Fragments, A and B [1, 2]. Fragment A consists of the Catalytic Domain (C), whereas fragment B is made up of the Receptor Domain.
