    • A 2.5 kb DNA fragment contain a gene encoding a phospho-alpha-(1-1)-glucosidase<PROTEIN> (phosphotrehalase<PROTEIN>), designated treA<PROTEIN>, was isolated from a Bacillus subtilis<ORGANISM> chromosomal library by complementation of the tre-12 mutation. The major TreA<PROTEIN> activity was found in the cytoplasm<LOCATION>.


  • Notes:
    • It can be solved through a simple coreference resolution of the words TreA in the first sentence and treA in the second sentence.
