An Unconscious Life Pattern is a life pattern (by a living entity) that occurs without active Awareness or Intent.

- It can manifest as automatic responses or habits ingrained from Early Life Experiences or developed later in Adulthood.
- It can be either a Positive Life Pattern or a Negative Life Pattern.
- It often requires deeper levels of Self-Awareness and sometimes professional help for recognition and alteration.
