GM-RKB: Data Attribute Constraint

A Data Attribute Constraint is a Constraint Rule that must be True for all Members of a Data Attribute.

Example(s):
- Data Attribute X must not contain a Missing Data Value.
- Data Attribute Y (e.g. Weight) must contain a Number Greater Than Zero.
